Rittenhouse Resumes is a third party provider of documentation representing professional credentials.  All products are created based on information provided by the client, and are created with the intent of accurately, fairly, and truthfully detailing the client's credentials.  Accuracy of all credentials contained therein, including but not limited to employment history, education, certifications, licenses, skills, accomplishments, offices and positions held, and dates of service are the sole responsibility of the client.

Rittenhouse Resumes and its employees, affiliates, partners, agents, and associates, accept no responsibility for claims made by the client.  If for any reason during the course of the business relationship between the client, and/or the client's duly authorized representative, that those parties representing   Rittenhouse Resumes have cause to believe that claims made by the client are exaggerated, falsified, fraudulent, or suspect, reasonable efforts will be made to verify the accuracy of these claims. 

If at any time during the course of the relationship Rittenhouse Resumes has cause to believe that credentials are being intentionally misrepresented, Rittenhouse Resumes reserves the right to immediately terminate the business relationship.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED IN THESE INSTANCES. 

Rittenhouse Resumes will make every effort to deliver final products on time and as described. No guarantee of employment is stated, asserted, maintained, or implied. 

Customer satisfaction is a top priority, however, disputes over quality of products and/or service are inevitable.  Each issue will be afforded due diligence, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and every effort will be made to satisfactorily resolve the situation with the client.   

Rittenhouse Resumes reserves the right to decline any work based on prevailing business concerns.
