The Process
The process with Rittenhouse Resumes to getting your personalized, professionally created resume is simple and requires a minimum of effort on your part.
First, Rittenhouse Resumes will telephone you once you’ve made initial contact to speak with you and to get an idea what you need in terms of the focus and scope of your resume and cover letter. The call will last approximately 10 minutes and, at this time, an appointment will be set for an interview.
Second, Rittenhouse Resumes will send you either via email or ground mail the Personal History Worksheet. This is an 11-page detailed document covering all the questions you will be asked during the interview such as dates of employment, education and training received, military service history, volunteer activities, etc.. You are NOT required to fill out the Personal History Worksheet but you are expected to have all your information organized for the interview. It is helpful to the process if you can provide an existing resume and any other substantiating documents such as performance reviews or job descriptions.
Third, Rittenhouse Resumes will conduct a 1-hour interview either in-person or via telephone discussing the questions on the Personal History Worksheet. Please feel free to call Rittenhouse Resumes anytime after the interview if any additional information surfaces you feel will be beneficial to creating your resume.
Fourth, you will receive the first draft of your resume & cover letter typically within 4 days. You are entitled to 3 revisions free-of-charge within 14 days of receiving your first draft. |
